आईची आठवण

आज अरुशीला शाळेत आणताना कारमध्ये घडलेली घटना. आम्ही शाळेच्या वाहन तळातून अरुंद पण रहादारीच्या रस्त्यावर आलेलो होतो. बाजूने वाहने जात-येत होती तसेच काही लोक पदपथावर पण चालत होते. तितक्यात अरुशीने मला विचारले, "बाबा, तिला तिच्या आईची का आठवण येतेय?". "कोणाला गं?", मी विचारले. "तिलाच हो." मी आजूबाजूला रस्त्यांवर वा बाजूच्या वाहनांमध्ये कोणी आहे का पाहात होतो. तितक्यात मझी ट्यूबलाईट पेटली. आमच्या गाडीत "मेरे ख्वाबों में जो आये" हे गाणे चालले होते. मी असे जुने गाणे सहसा लावत नाही तेव्हा तिच्यासाठी ते नवीनच होते. मी विचारले, "या गाण्यातल्या आंटीला का?". "हो", तिचे निरागस उत्तर, "पण का येत आहे सांगा ना बाबा?". "तुला का येते तुझ्या आईची? तशीच तिला पण येते", आमच्या उत्तरावर स्वारीचे समाधान झाले होते.

Arushi's first complaint

It is first time today since Arushi started going to her full time pre-school program, a couple of weeks ago, that she complained about her class-mates. She told, "Baba, Jakson is bad boy". I asked, "what happened". "He puts his bag in my cubbi and says its his". It was so cute! I dont know why but I was thrilled the same way when I saw her walking for the first time and singing for the first time and even dancing on the tune of music for the first time. When she complained, I remembered my complains to my Aai. Ooh my goodness, I was realy a pain in nexk for aai. She used to resolve all those problems and used to tell me that none of my siblings troubled her like me on this matter. Off course, I also resolved it by talking to Arushi today. And she was excited to be in her classroom, unlike last few days.

This has been on my task list for a long time to have a blog only for my child Arushi where I would be posting glimps of her activities while she grows. And what can be the best day than Vijaya Dashamai.

Today she was the center of attraction everywhere we went, temple, friends home and a small get together in our aprtament building. She was wearing her favorite pink sari during the day while shen went on becoming fairy wearing greenish-pink dress with wings. My little one, is always cute!
